Owner Payment 

Property owners are paid twice a month consistently on the 15th and at the end of each month, without witholding. 

We check our rental payments daily to make sure rent is up to date. Any arrears will be efficiently dealt with. 

Property Inspection

Full inspections are thoroughly conducted at the start and end of each tenancy. Quarterly inspections are carried out during the year with prompt updates to you directly by email. You can be assured that your property is well cared for and in good hands. 

Maintenance 

For stress-free easy property management, we notify property owners of any maintenance requirements as soon as possible. From there we can offer to organise maintenance solutions. 

Tenant Selection

We select our tenants very carefully by thorough inspection of tenancy history, credit checks, tribunal data and employment. We aim to give you peace of mind that your property is well kept and cared for. 

Competitive rates 

Management fees begin at 6% plus GST. We do not carry any hidden fees. 

Locally Operated 

We are locally operated in Hamilton, Waikato, and have experienced the residential rental market since 2009.

All bonds are lodged to the bonds center at the Tenancy services
